Blake Shelton hosted “Saturday Night Live” this past weekend on NBC as well as served as the musical host. I missed the show, but caught up on most of the segments online and I must say that I really think the writers for SNL did not suit the many many talents of Blake.

The opening monologue wasn’t very funny. Typical country stereotype.

I enjoyed his spoof of “The Bachelor” because anyone who has watched this show knows that is exactly how the girls act.
The family feud sketch seemed to drag on and on.
Ummm, funny but I’m not even sure what this really was.
The best parts of the show were clearly when Blake was singing, further proving why he does what he does. So stick to the witty banter on “The Voice” and the sarcastic funny tweets. Sorry Blake, still love ya!
