“MINIONS AND MONSTERS” TAKES #1 AT THE BOX OFFICE OVER 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND

The North American box office welcomed a new champion this weekend as “Minions & Monsters” claimed the top spot with an impressive $36.4 million debut. While the opening marks the lowest launch in the franchise’s history, the animated adventure still exceeded expectations by taking first place.
