TWO DAY FESTIVAL HONORING DOLLY PARTON COMING IN 2027

Dolly Parton’s legacy will be celebrated in a big way with the announcement of DollyFest: The Celebration of a Lifetime. The two-day festivals are planned for Nashville and London on consecutive weekends in 2027, although exact dates have not yet been announced.

The Nashville event was originally planned as a celebration for Parton’s 80th birthday, with the superstar scheduled to participate as performer and host. Following her death, the event will now continue as a tribute to her life and music.

According to Parton’s estate, DollyFest represents the official commemoration of her life and is designed to feel more like a celebration than a traditional memorial. Her longtime business partner, Danny Nozell, said Parton did not want a traditional memorial and believed a festival would better reflect her personality and spirit.
