COUNTRY ARTISTS *REAL* NAMES MAY SURPRISE YOU

It’s no secret that country artists go by a pseudonym or a stage name. But what’s surprising is their ACTUAL name they changed from.
The website Whiskey Riff put out a list of artist’s real names and some are kinda unusual.
1. Garth Brooks’ full name is Troyal Garth Brooks. (Troyal??)
2. John Denver’s real name was Henry John Deutschendorf Jr.
3. Shania Twain was born Eileen Regina Edwards. Twain is from her stepfather.
4. Cody Jinks’ full name is Meredith Cody Jinks.
5. Tim McGraw was raised as Samuel Timothy Smith until the age of 11. That’s when he found out who his real father was. MLB pitcher, Tug McGraw.
6. Koe Wetzel’s full name is Ropyr Madison Koe Wetzel (Why you wouldn’t go as the most cowboy-sounding name like Ropyr I’ll never know)
7. LeAnn Rimes’ real first name is Margaret. LeAnn is her middle name.
