SHEEP WRANGLED IN MILWAUKEE AFTER BEING “ON THE LAM”

If you have an opening to write a headline like that, you have to take it, right?

Animal control officials were called to capture a 200-pound sheep that was spotted wandering loose in downtown Milwaukee Friday. A rep from the Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission said they were going to bring the sheep into their building but it was just too big.

They set up an area where the sheep would be safe and gave it food and water as it appeared to be exhausted and stressed. It’s now being fostered at a nearby farm until the original owner can come claim it or they find a new home for the sheep.
