A TikToker in Florida saw an ice cream vendor pushing his cart down the side of a highway on a hot day, and stopped to give him some cash. Then they found out he’s been doing it for years and can’t afford a van. So they posted a video of him and started a GoFundMe that’s now raised over $30,000.
