Ireland has just welcomed its very first Taco Bell, thanks to a €15 million investment from Applegreen in a brand-new motorway service area on the M3. The fast-food giant officially opened its doors this week at Junction 6 in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath, drawing a crowd of eager fans ready to grab tacos and exclusive Taco Bell merchandise.
The opening is part of Applegreen’s largest investment in Ireland this year, creating more than 100 jobs. Alongside Taco Bell, the Dunshaughlin site also features an M&S Food shop-in-shop, a Braeburn Coffee Café, Burger King, and Applegreen’s new Crafted Kitchen & Deli, offering local favourites like chicken fillet rolls.
Popular TikToker and comedian, Garron Noone was invited to be the first Irishman to try the food and to say he was impressed would be an understatement.
