THE SHAMROCK SHAKE IS BACK!!!

McDonald’s is bringing the luck of the Irish back to menus just in time for St. Patrick’s Day. Starting Feb. 17, fans can once again sip on the iconic Shamrock Shake or dig into the Oreo Shamrock McFlurry, both returning exactly one month before the holiday.

The classic Shamrock Shake blends creamy vanilla soft serve with minty Shamrock syrup and tops it off with whipped cream. The Oreo Shamrock McFlurry adds crunchy Oreo cookie pieces to the same festive mint base for a cool, sweet treat. McDonald’s is encouraging customers to grab them “before they vanish like a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.”

First created in 1967 and launched nationwide in 1970, the Shamrock Shake has become a seasonal staple.
