GERMAN TEEN ARRESTED AFTER STEALING CITY BUS

A 15-year-old in Germany pulled off an unusual and risky stunt, stealing a city bus to drive nearly 130 kilometers from Wiesbaden to Karlsruhe — all to take his girlfriend to school. According to police, the teen accessed the bus without force and managed to start it using a master key, though authorities are still unsure how he obtained it or how he was able to operate the vehicle so confidently.

The bus, which had been refueled overnight, was reported missing around 6 a.m., but police weren’t alerted until later in the day after initial confusion. By noon, officers located the bus in Karlsruhe, shortly after the teenager had picked up his 14-year-old girlfriend.

Surprisingly, the bus was returned without any damage. Still, the young driver now faces charges for theft and driving without a license. He has since been released to his guardians as the investigation continues into this bizarre joyride.
