You ever see a James Bond movie or Batman and think what cool toys they have? Matthew Piercy bought one of those toys. No big deal, right? Unfortunately the Yamaha underwater scooter he used he got by swindling people using a Ponzi scheme. The FBI tracked him to a lake and eventually apprehended him.
