Farewell to Doc Howes, DVM, 87. Doc Graduated from St. Pat’s High School in Waukon in the early 50’s. He went On to graduate from Iowa State Vet school. From 1951 to 1955 He served as a US NAVY Corpsman attached to Baker Company, 1st Battalion, 1st Marine regiment, 1st Marine Division,in the Korean War. God Bless DOC Howes.
