Today We remember The Late Clement Snyder Jr. Clem became a district judge is Southeast Minnesota in 1977 and served in that capacity for 20 years. Judge Snyder was born in Lacrosse in 1930 and after High School He attended Notre Dame university, attaining a Law Degree. After College graduation He enlisted in The United States Marine Corps. Semper Fi to Judge Clem Snyder Jr. Who passed away this week at the age of 90.
