Lady A’s Charles Kelley Recovers from Appendicitis: ‘I’m Back Baby’

We’ve been waiting to hear how things have been going. Lady A missed a performance at Minnesota’s Lakefront Music Fest after Charles Kelley was diagnosed with appendicitis.

Kelley was hospitalized, however he was able to recover without surgery! He posted on Instagram to share the good news with his fans.
In his post Charles said, “Hey guys – sitting here in the hospital and so bummed to have missed performing our first show back in Minnesota, not to mention in 16 months – that’s an understatement. But the ol’ appendix had other plans. didn’t even know what an appendix was until friday when it sent me to the ER. Love y’all and be back soon enough.” He then shared a video indicating his recovery saying, “I’m back baby!”
We’re so happy everything went well and he’s on the road to recovery. Now…let’s get back to the stage!
