John Deere Combine Falls From Crane

The latest installment of “something you don’t see everyday” features a John Deere combine that fell from a crane.

A Facebook group called, “Vintage John Deere Tractors Down Under” shared the video. It shows the combine being transported from a cargo ship to a dock when the straps used to move the machinery snapped sending the combine tumbling down and crashing below. A loud crunch of metal and breaking glass can be heard.

It’s not clear whether or not this happened in Australia or not. However, that is one expensive mistake as John Deere combines are known to be pricey and can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars depending on what is included.

Thankfully, nobody was standing near it or was hurt in the mishap.
