A Madison Meat Market is Selling Candy Corn Filled Brats

When it comes to candy corn, it can be a pretty divisive topic come Halloween time. Either people like it, or they don’t. There really is no in-between.
Instacart recently conducted the “Great Halloween Candy Debate” on what is America’s top candy cravings and although candy corn took a spot near the top in terms of popularity, nearly 1 in 4 or 16% said it’s the worst Halloween candy. But, don’t tell that to a Madison, WI meat market.
Jenifer Street Market has created a fascinating food item by combining Halloween with Oktoberfest. It’s a candy corn filled bratwurst. They named them ‘Spook’Toberfest brats, and it’s made with Lake Louie Brewing’s Oktoberfest beer, and regular candy corn. They describe it as “slightly sweet, and not scary at all.”
Have they gone too far, or is it a worthy combination for at least a try?
