TOWING FAIL LEADS TO RESTAURANT BEING DESTROYED TWICE

This summer’s wildest towing fail happened in University Place, Washington — and it’s almost too absurd to believe. On July 30, security footage captured a man attempting to tow a broken Mercury Montego with an equally broken Honda Pilot. Instead of using the attached dolly, he strapped the Montego to the dolly’s tongue — and chaos followed.
His first attempt ended when the tow rope snapped, leaving the Montego stranded. On his second try, gravity took over, sending the Mercury crashing into the entrance of UP Phở and Teriyaki. Unbelievably, his third attempt also failed, with the car ramming into shrubs and a retaining wall before being abandoned entirely.
Miraculously, no one was hurt, but the restaurant suffered major damage — twice. Police are now searching for the man and his accomplice. If you need a lesson in what not to do when towing, this jaw-dropping video is it.
