Knoxville radio host Joey Tack has a talent that will impress any ’90s country fan — he can name a song after hearing just one second of it. His quick recall has made him a local legend, and now the internet is catching on to his skills.
In a recent round of the challenge, Joey was briefly stumped on the first clip — and his reaction made it clear he wasn’t happy about it. But after taking a moment, he locked back in and absolutely dominated the rest of the game.
Among the songs he nailed instantly were Alan Jackson’s “She’s Got the Rhythm, I Got the Blues,” Joe Diffie’s “Bigger Than the Beatles,” and Lorrie Morgan’s “Except for Monday.”
For ’90s country fans, Joey’s rapid-fire recognition is pure nostalgia and proof that those hits never really left our heads. If you love country classics, his one-second game is a must-watch.
