LAINEY WILSON CHOSEN TO HOST CMA’S

Lainey Wilson is taking center stage once again—this time as the solo host of the 59th Annual CMA Awards. After co-hosting last year with Luke Bryan and Peyton Manning, Lainey will be running the show on her own in 2025.

For the “Heart Like a Truck” singer, it’s more than just another gig. “I grew up watching the CMA Awards like it was the Super Bowl, so to be hosting for a second year is a true honor,” she said. “I’m humbled that CMA has trusted me with this role, and I can’t wait to love on this genre that has given me so much.”

On top of hosting, Lainey leads the pack in nominations this year, tied with Ella Langley and Megan Moroney at six nods each—including Entertainer of the Year. That means she could be cracking jokes one minute and delivering an acceptance speech the next.

The CMAs air live November 19 on ABC.
