CRANBERRY SAUCE CANS ACCIDENTALLY FILLED WITH JUST WATER

A major cranberry company is under the microscope this week after several customers claimed they opened cans expecting jiggly, holiday-ready cranberry sauce — and instead poured out straight WATER. Not watered-down cranberry sauce… just water. A handful of TikTok and Instagram videos have gone viral showing the unusual discovery, including one woman who says she opened four cans and every single one was filled with nothing but liquid.

Another clip showed a woman slicing cans open with a kitchen knife, sparking plenty of jokes online from viewers who were less concerned about the water and more worried about her can-opening method.

It’s still unclear how widespread the issue is or whether it was isolated to a particular region, but the company isn’t brushing it off. The company responded by saying they’re reaching out to those affected and want to “make it right.”
