DONUT SHOP INTRODUCES ANCHOVY DONUT?

Anchovies on pizza have long divided food lovers — but anchovies on donuts? That debate just got a whole lot stranger. A New York City donut shop called I’m Donut? is once again pushing the limits of flavor with a bold new creation that’s already turning heads online.

The shop recently debuted a limited-edition savory donut called Anchovy Cheese, and yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like. The donut features a silky blend of white cheddar, Gruyère, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and béchamel sauce, all torched to creamy perfection and topped with a single premium anchovy. It’s rich, salty, and unapologetically unconventional.

If you’re curious (or brave), the Anchovy Cheese donut will be available through next month. For those who prefer variety, the shop is also offering a “sweet and savory” box that includes a strawberry chocolate donut, custard, one of their originals, a New York BLT donut, and even a scrambled eggs donut.
