Our 7AM Pledge/shout-out with Bauer’s Market and Garden Center goes out to the Friends and Family of 20 Sailors killed aboard the USS COLE. An Al-Qaeda suicide bomber attacked the ship 20 years ago today as it was deployed off the coast of Yemen. One of those deceased sailors was Marc Ian Nieto, age 24 from Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin. He was a 1994 graduate of Goodrich high school. He was an Engine man 1st class. Marc was two weeks away from finishing His six year stint in the Navy. God Bless the crew of US Navy Destroyer USS COLE.
