Selleck was Born in Detroit and His Family moved to Southern California when He was in grade school. After High School graduation he attended college for three years before dropping out to pursue an acting career. On the advise of His older Brother Selleck enlisted in the California National Guard in 1965. He assigned to the 160th infantry division of the California Guard. Magnum P.I., Bluebloods and many other acting roles would come His way beginning in the 1970’s. happy Birthday to Tom Selleck!
