Man Calmly Talks to a Grizzly Bear That Walks By Him

This is crazy! A group of people on a trip to Alaska captured a moment that would probably make anyone else absolutely terrified!
A small group of tourists at Alaska’s Katmai National Park kept their cool as massive Alaskan grizzly bear strolled right on by them. Everyone kept calm and collected with a man, the seaplane captain of the group uttering the words, “hey big boy, hey bear” assuring they meant no harm.
The tourists said they saw the bear fighting another bear a short time before it started strolling down the gravel road. Other tourists went to a nearby restroom to hide as the bear made its way toward them.
The man who shot the video, Cara Siciliano said “Honestly, I am amazed I did not seem more scared. My first reaction was to look up at the sky and make sure I was good with God and to pray. And then I hit record on my phone.” Bear experts say that by them “keeping their cool” and remaining calm likely saved their lives.
