Bauer’s Market and Garden Center brings Us today’s Pledge of Allegiance Shout-Out with DUKE. Twenty Years ago, January 6th, 2001, Vice President Al Gore formally certified George W. Bush as the winner of a bitterly contested 2000 presidential election. Both Men were Senator’s sons and not ” rice paddy” veterans of the Vietnam War. However both men did serve, Gore in the US ARMY and Bush in the US Air Force. Obviously neither was at KHE Sahn, but They were able to come together for the good of America after the Election.
