Lisa Rinna Joins ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spinoff on Peacock

Peacock streaming service has ordered a five-part limited series, “Days of Our Lives: Beyond Salem”! NBC revealed that the show will include current and past fan favorites, who will be tangled up in a stolen jewels mystery together. Days of Our Lives faves including; Deidre Hall (Marlena), Drake Hogestyn (John), Jackée Harry (Paulina), James Reynolds (Abe), Victoria Konefal (Ciara), Robert Scott Wilson (Ben), Billy Flynn (Chad), Lamon Archey (Eli) and Sal Stowers (Lani). Lisa Rinna is returning to play Billie Reed, an agent for the International Security Alliance. Sounds intense!

In related news, Days of Our Lives (on air since 1965) was recently renewed for two more seasons at NBC. The long running soap isn’t going anywhere, thankfully!

According to TODAY, the new limited series “will take the Salem residents to Zurich, New Orleans, Phoenix and Miami. In the story, stolen jewels must not fall into the wrong hands, or the whole of Salem (which is fictional) could be in deep trouble.” We have no premiere date for “Beyond Salem,” and more cast members are expected to be released this week. Talk about a classic soap cliffhanger! These are the days of our lives…
