COUNTRY STAR OF THE MONTH: BAILEY ZIMMERMAN

Bailey Zimmerman has done what has become the normal path to sudden success in the singing world. There are two that seem the most prevalent with the first being to get on a talent show of some sort. The other is his path which is to use the Internet and social media to his advantage. The now 23 year old from Illinois started posting videos of himself singing in 2020 on the socials and his songs and appeal spread quickly. He used this path to start leaving the jobs of meat packing and union pipeline work behind him. The songs he has released in this short time are all relationship related and not in a positive way. His single “Fall In Love” is the song that hit first for him and got him on the charts.

Currently he has a few tour dates on his own but most of his stops have him joining Morgan Wallen on the road with a big trip to Australia as part of that tour. While Bailey has a strong online following touring with Wallen can only solidify that throng and give him an even wider base touring internationally. He also is part of the Summer circuit of festivals performing at Country Thunder and at WE Fest in our general area. His voice has a slight gravel to it without going to the level of say, Brantley Gilbert, but is balanced with a soft touch. Zimmerman is young and pretty new to the scene with only being on the radio a few years, but his presence is growing quickly. Recently he released “Rock And A Hard Place” which has quickly risen the charts setting him up to maybe be the next big thing.
