POLICE IN MASSACHUSETTS SAY, “COME GET YOUR CREEPY PUPPET”

Residents in Stoneham, Massachusetts, are doing double takes after police shared photos of a massive and unsettling puppet that was recently turned in to the local station. The creepy marionette features bright red hair, a clown outfit, and an eyeless face that many online commenters described as nightmare fuel.

The Stoneham Police Department posted the photo on social media with a humorous message, saying they were attempting to locate the puppet’s owner and joking that anyone who recognized it “from your nightmares” should contact the station.

The bizarre discovery quickly gained attention online, with users identifying the figure as “Bobby Strings,” a 7-foot-7 animatronic sold by Spirit Halloween for about $310. The oversized decoration is designed to terrify haunted house visitors with eerie movements and creepy sound effects.

For now, the puppet remains at the police station while officers wait for someone brave enough to claim the towering clown creation and take it home.
