In this day and age it is not uncommon to have something delivered to your home. More and more people choose to have things delivered rather than going to the store every day. You can even have food delivered now which can be a great convenience for those that have trouble with mobility for whatever reason or just don’t feel like putting on their coat. You’ve heard the old saying: there’s no free lunch. What if I told you there was and it is combined with it being delivered to your front door? A neighborhood is experiencing that with someone (someones?) sending countless Uber Eats meals to people. Apparently, there is no rhyme or reason to these deliveries and the people affected aren’t exactly mad because it’s free food from a fast food restaurant delivered professionally so they don’t have to worry about the food being tampered with. My guess is that it is some sort of prank or soon to be “challenge” on social media. Although spending hundreds of dollars on strangers seems like a strange thing to do. Maybe someone is just trying to be nice, but it never seems to be that simple.
