OFFICER COMMANDEERS BIKE TO CATCH CRIMINAL

You ever watch an older movie or TV show with police in them? There was a time when it seemed like cops needed to throw up their badge (or not) and take a citizen’s vehicle in order to chase the bad guy. It became so common that it has been parodied several times now. You don’t see it as often, but it still happens on rare occasions. Does it happen in real life? Yes, it has happened. recently an officer in England needed to commandeer a citizen’s vehicle to catch a drug dealer! The funny thing is the vehicle was a bike. He pedals after the suspect before catching him. His bodycam lets us see the whole thing. Well, it depends which angle it’s pointed at, but you get the gist. Click the picture below to see the video.
