Dreadhead Cowboy Rides Horse Down Chicago Highway For Awareness

It’s not too often you see something like this in the “Big City” or even in our smaller towns in the area. When you first see this you have to wonder if this cowboy is one gallon short of a ten gallon hat, if you know what I mean. However, he did have a reason for his ride. Dreadhead Cowboy is an activist who believes more people should be answering to the US Census so kids get the proper education financing in their area. He’s a bit of a local legend and has even helped the Mayor get the word out. Good intention, but maybe not the best way to do it especially during rush hour.
