WOMAN DRIVES SHOPPING CART WRONG WAY DOWN MINNESOTA HIGHWAY

Plenty of times I’ve seen someone traveling down the road in unconventional vehicles. Most of us have seen the video of motorcycle with the guy playing drums in the sidecar or maybe people using Power Wheels as a way to get to the liquor store. Most of those videos are somewhat funny and harmless. This video is different. A woman is driving a powered shopping cart that you would find in most stores the wrong way down a Minnesota exit ramp directly at traffic. She stays in the far right lane, but at night at highway speeds with no lights by the time someone would see her it would usually be too late. How she doesn’t get hit is beyond me. At one point she even parks the cart in the road and runs into the ditch like she’s dodging traffic at the last minute. Whether it was intoxication or an altered mental status the police finally arrive to get her to safety.
