CHATFILED COUPLE FIND A DIAMOND IN ARKANSAS

OK, full honesty here: I did not know you could mine for diamonds anywhere in America. I would also never guess Arkansas was where you could do it unless I threw it out sarcastically. Apparently, you can do this at Arkansas’s Crater of Diamonds State Park and many people venture there in the hopes of finding the big diamond. Seth and Jessica Erickson from Chatfield went there as part of there 10th Anniversary tour of America. They sifted for about an hour and came up with a pretty cool find with a 1.9 carat diamond! It would be pretty cool to find ANY diamonds while looking through the dirt of Arkansas, but this is a big one. You can read more about it at the following article.
