Famous people live a lifestyle that the rest of the world cannot fully understand. Depending on their level of fame they can be recognized in public and immediately be approached by a fan. While you may think that this is what they signed up for when they decided to become famous that doesn’t mean they don’t want to have normal family time, private dinners, and enjoy some of the same things everyone else does. When we go backstage at a concert with fans I have seen people be very gracious and some fans be very atrocious. The singers kind of expect this because they’re inviting people back to meet them and maybe get an autograph. However, when they’re out in public they don’t want droves of people bothering them all the time. I’ve heard stories of people getting upset because they asked a famous athlete for an autograph and they wouldn’t oblige because they were in the middle of dinner. If they do it for one person then they feel they have to do it for everyone. You don’t have the right to bother someone just because they’re famous. The other day a young man was on a flight and seated behind Heavyweight Championship boxer, Mike Tyson. Another man films him talking to “Iron Mike” over the seat. You can’t really hear what he is saying, but judging from his actions he is being somewhat obnoxious, and later reports say he was basically harassing Mike until he lost his cool. Tyson serves out a bevy of hits to the guy and the video catches that along with a shot of the guy’s face afterwards that will most likely turn black and blue in a day or so. Surprisingly enough, alcohol or other substances may have been a catalyst for the man’s actions. Violence is never the answer, but neither is bothering someone to the extent that this guy must have gone too. You can see the video here, and TMZ is tracking the story and relaying it on Twitter.
