LUKE BRYAN CREW HAD A MUDDY EXIT FROM EYOTA

Written by on September 27, 2023

Saturday morning I was on my porch enjoying the rain that my lawn desperate needed. There were several bolts of lightning nearby and loud cracks of thunder rumbling through the valley. It was fully relaxing and calming to be a part of. Just sitting and enjoying nature. There was a local bicyle rally in town that I knew was probably being affected, but I didn’t think about anything else that day. Then it popped up, “Luke Bryan Concert Canceled” on Facebook. Uh oh. Sure enough there was going to be more storms that evening about when the show would be going on. Telling folks to come hang out in the middle of a field during a lightning storm with a lot of metal poles and electronic stage equipment out in the open probably isn’t a great idea. It was the right call to keep everyone safe! Not many people complained while I saw a few people feel glad that they didn’t have to be in the rain or the mud pit sure to materialize. However, Luke’s crew and the equipment were all set and ready to go. Eventually they had to leave and one man was lucky enough to catch it on his camera and drone. The big rigs and trucks had to be pulled out of the field with tractors in order to get back on the road. No one got to kick the dust up and rain makes corn, but also mud.
